If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact TastySalt® within five (5) days of receipt of your order to be eligible for return/exchange. Only items purchased directly from TastySalt® are eligible for return.(If you received item as a gift, please contact us.)

TastySalt® must receive item before a replacement will be shipped. Worn, washed or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange or return. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition received. Item must also be in the original packaging with tags and a receipt of purchase must be issued to TastySalt®. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. If we deem an item "unreturnable," item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees, both to ship the item back to TastySalt® and for shipping replacement item to buyer. Please read details and contact us for any sizing questions prior to ordering to avoid return/exchange shipping fees.
Defective or Damaged Return/Exchange Policy
Excellent customer service and product quality are very important to us. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order if you received an item that was defective or damaged. If a replacement is needed due to the fault of TastySalt®, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate you. All Return/Exchange Policies above apply, however, TastySalt® will assume responsibility for shipping fees both to return the item to TastySalt® and for TastySalt® to ship the item back to the buyer.

Please contact us (email: email@example.com) to verify eligibility of your return/exchange before shipping. Once item is shipped, please let us know your return/exchange is on its way and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. Once the item has been inspected for new condition, you will receive an invoice for return shipping. TastySalt® will ship your new item upon receipt of return shipping payment.
We will do our best to process your return or exchange within seven (7) business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
