All stocked items are shipped within 2-5 business days of the date of purchase. Purchases are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Items are shipped via USPS First class and include a tracking number. Faster delivery via upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee. International shipping is also available, however any and all duties or custom charges are the responsibility of customer, not seller.
All items are carefully packaged in a sealed plastic bag within either a box or poly bag.
TastySalt® is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of the buyer and USPS. Please contact your local Post Office or www.usps.com for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
If an order is returned to TastySalt® by the post office, due to a "refusal" or shipping error by the buyer, we are not responsible for paying shipping a second time. We will attempt to contact the buyer regarding the returned mail by contacting the email provided with the purchase, and the buyer will be responsible to pay for a second shipment. Buyer agrees to update account with current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made from TastySalt® (including email address and credit card information), so we can complete buyer transactions and contact buyer as needed.
